For ease of payment and your security, we use PayPal. All the confidential stuff like card numbers and passwords are hidden, so there is no chance of us taking your credit card to Las Vegas.

Shipping Option 1

Shipping is handled by our trusty COURIER firm. It takes 3-4 days, and you can track your order once it is in their hands (or vans). 

 

Shipping Option 2

We can also send it with INSURED AIRMAIL. It will take longer depending on your location but will be cheaper - please email for a quotation.

Returns & Refunds

We inspect every model before we ship for patent damage or defects. The packaging for these models was designed to protect them for shipping across vast oceans inside a steel 40ft container, so they should arrive unscathed. So far, we have had no issues with damaged goods.

 

​If any goods arrive in unsatisfactory condition, please email us with a photograph of the defect and we will take a suitable course of action.
